Welcome to Leisure Village! If you’re considering purchasing a home in our community, we’re here to help guide you through the process. While the Leisure Village Association does not sell or rent any properties, we provide the following information to help ensure a smooth and informed experience for potential buyers.
Accessing the Property Before Ownership
Please note that access to Leisure Village is restricted to residents, authorized guests, and Listing agents on record with the Association Office. If you’re working with a real estate agent, make sure they are either registered as a listing agent or have contacted a listing agent to gain access.
Important:
- Prospective buyers may not enter the community without a valid pass
- All guests must be accompanied by either the homeowner or Authorized realtor with touring common areas.
- Open houses and showings must follow community guidelines and security procedures.
- Entry without proper authorization is strictly prohibited
What to Know Before Buying
Before completing a home purchase in Leisure Village, please keep the following in mind:
- The Leisure Village Association does not sell or rent homes. All real estate listings and transactions are handled by third-party realtors and owners.
- Links to realtors found under the Advertisements section of this website are do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by the Association.
- The buyer should verify all property details, HOA obligations, and fees with the seller or listing agent.

Closing Escrow & What Happens Next
Once escrow is nearing completion, there are a few important steps required to ensure a smooth transition into the Leisure Village community:
Escrow Completion Requirements
- Escrow must submit all required documents to the Leisure Village Association prior to closing. This includes but is not limited to:
- Completed Buyer Information Sheet
- Escrow Demand Request and Required Checks
- Signed acknowledgment of receipt of documents.
- Please ensure your escrow company is familiar with the requirements outlined in our Escrow FAQ document.
Community Access & License Plate Recognition (LPR) System
- Leisure Village uses an automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) system to manage gate access.
- Once your ownership is recorded and processed:
- You will be provided with instructions to register your vehicles for entry through the LPR system.
- Residents must update vehicle information with the Gates to maintain access.
- Temporary access may be coordinated during the transition period by contacting the Association in advance.
Welcome Materials & Orientation
- After closing, new owners will receive:
- A Welcome Packet with community details and contacts
- An email invitation to set up their login to the Frontsteps resident portal
- Information on Association dues, services, and community guidelines
