LVTV is a vital communication hub that connects residents across Leisure Village. Delivered directly to all homes via Spectrum Cable, our 24-hour Message Board provides a dynamic platform for:

FrontSteps Resident Portal – Your Digital Connection

The FrontSteps Resident Portal is the primary platform for secure and official community communications. Once registered, residents can access a wide range of features, including:

  • Official announcements and community news
  • Important documents and association policies
  • Online maintenance requests and status updates
  • Communication tools to reach the Association Office
  • The resident directory and community calendar
  • Newsletters with event updates, emergency alerts, and more
